Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for one or more products or features.
• Translate the company vision into clear priorities, execution plans, and delivery decisions.
• Shape product operations and intake and release processes at an AI-native company.
• Build healthcare products that improve safety, efficiency, usability, and clinical workflows.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints through rapid iteration and experimentation.
• Align engineers, designers, product colleagues, and stakeholders around shared outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience building products in high-performing product organizations, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
• Strong experience leading product development end to end, from strategy through execution.
• Technical fluency for effective collaboration with engineers on complex systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Ability to work close to code, read and reason about product behavior, and occasionally contribute small changes.
• Willingness to work primarily from the Stockholm office.

Nice to have

• Strong design skills, preferably with Figma.
• Software engineering experience.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience building AI-native product intake and release processes.

Hiring process

• Screening interview with Talent Acquisition.
• Follow-up interview with the CTO and Co-Founder.
• Product case interview followed by a working day at the Stockholm office.
