Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for one or more products or features.
• Translate company vision into product priorities, decisions, and execution.
• Shape AI-native product operations, including intake and release processes.
• Build healthcare workflows and systems focused on safety, efficiency, usability, and patient care.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints through rapid iteration and experimentation.
• Align engineers, designers, product leaders, and stakeholders around shared outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience building products in high-performing product organizations, ideally in startup or scale-up environments.
• End-to-end product development experience from strategy through execution.
• Technical fluency for effective collaboration with engineers on complex systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Comfort reading, reasoning about, and occasionally contributing small code changes.
• Curiosity, a builder’s mindset, and interest in AI tools and modern product development workflows.

Nice to have

• Strong design skills, preferably using Figma.
• Software engineering skills.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience building AI-native product intake and release processes.

Hiring process

• Screening interview with Talent Acquisition.
• Follow-up interview with the CTO and Co-Founder, followed by a Product Case interview.
• Working Day in the Stockholm office.
• Background check before hiring due to access to sensitive patient data.
