Product Manager (Senior/Staff-level)

What you will do

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap for a core product area across acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities and integrate growth mechanisms into the broader product roadmap.
• Design discovery-led acquisition loops, streamlined user experiences, and scalable product-led journeys.
• Define measurable objectives, prioritize initiatives, and use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams around shared outcomes and accelerate execution.
• Identify practical applications for evolving AI capabilities across product development, user experience, and growth strategy.

Requirements

• Product Management experience with meaningful exposure to growth, product-led growth, acquisition, activation, adoption, or retention.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI within a product, workflow, or team.
• Experience taking products, features, or initiatives from 0 to 1 in rapidly changing environments.
• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to discuss architecture, product capabilities, implementation considerations, and trade-offs with engineers.
• Ability to define metrics, establish measurable goals, use data to guide decisions, and influence without formal authority.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, execution, experimentation, and prioritization skills.
