What you will do

• Define and own enablement patterns for ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents to drive organization-wide adoption.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product areas, aggregating customer feedback to inform product development.
• Design and lead high-impact engagements, including onboarding sessions, executive briefings, and hands-on workshops.
• Develop scalable enablement assets, playbooks, and best practices to create repeatable adoption frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, AI Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless handoff from pre- to post-sale.
• Drive measurable business value and sustained product activation across diverse customer portfolios.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating AI capabilities into practical value for C-level and executive audiences.
• Strong product fluency in ChatGPT, Agents, and the broader hirify.global ecosystem.
• Proven experience in designing learning journeys and facilitating live workshops.
• Ability to connect product features to concrete business outcomes like productivity gains or cost reduction.
• Must be based in or relocate to London, UK or Dublin, Ireland
