What you will do

• Lead SAP project implementations, acquisitions, and rollouts based on the Global template.
• Manage a team of SAP specialists and collaborate with the central SAP team in Zurich.
• Translate business requirements into SAP functionality and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Promote global standardized processes and a 'fit to standard' mindset.
• Oversee critical deliverables including functional specifications and change requests.
• Align regional territory strategy with project delivery to ensure solution adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience as a senior functional consultant in Finance or Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in SAP project management and leading professional teams.
• Experience working within international corporations and globally distributed teams.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Availability to travel 30%-40%.
