What you will do

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax with professional solutions.
• Perform complex technical troubleshooting and system testing remotely.
• Ensure adherence to established service quality levels and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding the progress of outstanding issues.
• Participate in internal product training and certification programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Systems, or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of three years of related experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing concepts or financial accounting processes is highly advantageous.
