What you will do

• Evaluate and resolve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting and expert application knowledge.
• Provide configuration solutions to resolve incidents and identify opportunities for automation.
• Mentor junior team members on application functionality and best practices.
• Manage 24/7 support operations, including flexible scheduling and monitoring outside standard business hours.
• Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and improve diagnostic methodologies.
• Ensure proper staffing and resource management to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
• Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in consulting or production support.
• Deep expertise in ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong understanding of support business processes and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with flexible hours.
