What you will do

• Manage SAP LATAM teams to ensure total product compliance with complex tax and regulatory legislation.
• Own and manage SAP LATAM product backlogs, prioritizing epics and user stories aligned with product strategy.
• Translate complex tax and regulatory requirements into actionable functional designs and test strategies.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product updates.
• Act as a Product/Process SME to support Sales cycles and client onboarding transitions.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients to incorporate feedback into product planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive SAP experience across modules including HR/Payroll, FI/CO, SD, MM, and GTS.
• Deep functional and regulatory expertise in Brazil, including country-specific tax and statutory reporting.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
• Proven ability to translate complex legislation into SAP system requirements and user stories.
• Experience managing SAP product portfolios in a compliance-driven, Agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Product Ownership experience in an Agile environment.
