What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP support engineers to achieve client and employee satisfaction targets.
  • Drive resolution for complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting and expert SAP knowledge.
  • Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
  • Develop application break fixes and scripts to identify and correct data issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and account management to support the delivery process.
  • Define skill requirements and guide the sourcing and hiring of new team members.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil
  • Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required
  • 10+ years of relevant SAP product support experience with techno-functional skills
  • 5+ years of SAP AMS support experience
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience managing teams of 7+ people
  • Expertise in SAP 4.x and ECC platforms, including full life-cycle implementation and configuration

Nice to have

  • ITIL or ITSM Certification
  • PMP-PMI Certification
  • Experience with localizations and global implementations
