Looking to start your career in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations? Pliant, one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintech companies, is hiring a Candidate Experience Intern to help create an outstanding hiring experience while supporting a high-volume recruitment environment.

What you’ll do:

— Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, roles, and time zones
— Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process from application to decision
— Act as the main point of contact between candidates and hiring teams
— Follow up on interview feedback and keep hiring processes moving efficiently
— Support high-volume interview requests and recruitment operations
— Identify process improvements and help optimize workflows
— Experiment with AI and automation tools to improve recruitment efficiency

What we’re looking for:

— Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
— Genuine interest in candidate experience and talent acquisition
— Comfortable using AI tools and curious about process optimization
— Excellent written communication skills
— Continuous improvement mindset and proactive attitude
— Based in Berlin or able to work in a hybrid setup

Nice to have:

— Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment Coordination
— Experience with ATS or CRM systems
— Exposure to startup or high-growth environments
