What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including writing PRDs, defining acceptance criteria, and grooming the backlog.
• Conduct deep customer discovery through user interviews and shadowing finance teams (AP clerks, Controllers, CFOs).
• Lead cross-functional pods consisting of Engineering, Design, and PMM to ensure high-quality shipping of features.
• Analyze product analytics and usage data independently to inform iterations and product decisions.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to build GTM enablement materials and lead beta programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, specifically Accounts Payable, financial controls, or reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite and how financial data flows through them.
• Ability to operate as a senior Individual Contributor, owning the roadmap and driving execution independently.
• Experience or strong interest in applying AI/ML and LLMs to solve real-world business problems.
• Ability to engage with engineering on technical concepts such as APIs, system architecture, and data models.
