hirify.global is building an advanced AI Risk Decisioning platform to help banks and fintechs manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk.

What you will do

• Lead executive discovery workshops to uncover pain points and establish baseline success metrics across Fraud, Credit, and Compliance teams.
• Build customized ROI assessments, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, and financial models for prospective and existing customers.
• Design and execute value realization programs to track performance against business objectives post-deployment.
• Utilize LLMs and AI tools to accelerate research, financial modeling, and the development of executive presentations.
• Synthesize customer insights to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, value engineering, or strategic advisory (experience at firms like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG is strongly preferred).
• Deep domain expertise in financial services, specifically fraud, compliance, AML, credit risk, or payments.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs for practical problem solving and analysis.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits.
