What you will do

  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of AML Solutions Sales Executives across the Americas.
  • Drive regional AML business performance, including pipeline growth and bookings attainment.
  • Define and execute AML go-to-market strategies in partnership with Sales Leadership.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and senior escalation point for strategic customer engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Services, and Marketing to identify market trends and new solution opportunities.
  • Develop operational rigor around forecasting, pipeline inspection, and sales execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Crime/AML within a financial institution or software vendor.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience within enterprise software sales or presales.
  • Proven track record of leading teams selling complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AML, Fraud, and Compliance solutions for banking, brokerage, or payments.
  • Experience managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles with executive-level stakeholders.
