What you will do
- Drive the growth and adoption of automation, connectivity, and capital equipment solutions across Singapore.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify and convert automation opportunities.
- Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline, including new installations, upgrades, and workflow optimization.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, workflow assessments, and solution consultations for customers.
- Lead automation and capital equipment implementation projects to ensure successful deployment.
- Support tender submissions, technical specifications, and the development of commercial proposals.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or technical applications.
- Proven experience working within hospital, clinical, or biomedical engineering environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, IT, Healthcare Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, medical device integration, and connectivity solutions.
- Valid Driver’s license and ability to travel locally within Singapore.
- Experience engaging with key hospital stakeholders in IT, Procurement, and Clinical Leadership.
