What you will do

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive, forward-looking global compensation philosophy and strategy to support talent growth.
  • Maintain a robust job architecture and leveling framework to ensure internal equity and consistency across the organization.
  • Prepare Compensation Committee materials, proxy statement disclosures, and benchmarking analyses for the Board.
  • Ensure executive pay programs comply with SEC reporting and global regulatory requirements.
  • Champion pay equity through regular audits, transparent reporting, and data-driven remediation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing compensation team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Compensation or a related field.
  • Experience preparing executive compensation materials and navigating governance for Compensation Committees.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with a focus on using automation to improve processes.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Waltham, MA.
  • Proven experience in management and leadership.
