What you will do

• Set the strategy and vision for People Operations, encompassing HR systems, analytics, benefits, and compliance.
• Develop people analytics and workforce insights capabilities to enable data-driven leadership decisions.
• Optimize People systems and workflows to ensure scalability, data integrity, and seamless employee lifecycles.
• Integrate AI and automation into operational workflows to imphirify.globalve efficiency and service delivery.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Legal to support workforce planning and strategic business initiatives.
• Oversee benefits and leave administration, ensuring competitive offerings and multi-state regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in People/HR Operations, with leadership experience in high-ghirify.globalwth envihirify.globalnments.
• hirify.globalng>Must be based in the United Stateshirify.globalng>.
• Deep expertise in HR systems, workflow automation, and operational phirify.globalcess design.
• Phirify.globalven ability to apply AI and emerging technologies to imphirify.globalve organizational efficiency.
• Sthirify.globalng knowledge of multi-state HR compliance and benefits administration.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable business recommendations.
