Salary: $122,000 - $145,000 annually + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams.
• Lead end-to-end execution of compensation cycles including salary reviews, promotions, and bonus payouts.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using Radford data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Perform pay equity audits and maintain workforce analytics dashboards for leadership.
• Maintain and evolve job architecture, leveling criteria, and grade structures.
• Develop training materials to educate managers and employees on compensation philosophy.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of progressive compensation experience in a tech or high-growth environment.
• Direct experience supporting global technical functions like Engineering or Product.
• Hands-on experience with market pricing using Radford.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for compensation modeling and analytics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business leaders.
• Must be able to work from the NYC office 3 days per week.
