Salary: $122,000 - $145,000 annually + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams.
- Lead end-to-end execution of compensation cycles including salary reviews, promotions, and bonus payouts.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using Radford data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform pay equity audits and maintain workforce analytics dashboards for leadership.
- Maintain and evolve job architecture, leveling criteria, and grade structures.
- Develop training materials to educate managers and employees on compensation philosophy.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive compensation experience in a tech or high-growth environment.
- Direct experience supporting global technical functions like Engineering or Product.
- Hands-on experience with market pricing using Radford.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for compensation modeling and analytics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business leaders.
- Must be able to work from the NYC office 3 days per week.
