TL;DR

Senior Principal Compensation Partner (HR/Compensation): Managing global compensation strategies, pay equity, and annual planning with an accent on data-driven solutions and stakeholder partnership. Focus on designing annual reward programs, conducting internal pay equity analyses, and ensuring market competitiveness.

Location: Must be within a commutable distance of the Waltham, MA office (Hybrid)

Salary: $141,400 - $215,400

What you will do

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert compensation guidance and solutions.
  • Conduct internal pay equity analyses and recommend adjustments to ensure fairness and compliance.
  • Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit, bonus, and equity processes.
  • Develop and execute project plans for new pay structures and market adjustments.
  • Monitor market trends to provide insights that inform the overall compensation strategy.
  • Support testing, training, and communication for compensation tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Compensation or a related field.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and prepare executive summaries and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information.
  • Must be based within a commutable distance of the Waltham office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Payscale and/or Payfactors.
