What you will do

• Design IRT solutions for randomization and drug supply management based on clinical protocols.
• Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, provide status updates, and resolve issues.
• Document all requirements and lead internal and external specification review meetings.
• Manage project schedules and scope, tracking tasks to meet critical milestones.
• Develop UAT plans and test scripts, coordinating data setup and client support.
• Provide end-user training via meetings and manuals, and offer global system support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences or Computer Science preferred).
• 2 years of business analysis experience.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving ability.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
