What you will do

• Own commercial financial planning and analysis for BTCS EMEA and Americas core businesses and global NYFIX, including actuals reporting and forecast preparation.
• Lead and develop a team of 2 financial analysts, setting priorities, coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.
• Partner with Sales and account management to analyze and forecast variable compensation, expenses, cancellations to losses, renewals, and sales-to-revenue metrics.
• Maintain and manage cost budgets for EMEA and Americas departments, coordinating with GSMS finance as needed.
• Forecast and report revenue flash actuals, identify variances, and adjust forecasts to ensure monthly deliverables and key controls are met.
• Support ad-hoc FP&A projects and improve reporting systems and processes in collaboration with international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 6–10 years of experience in an international and multi-currency environment.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with strong ownership, productivity, and ability to close tasks with urgency.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills to develop direct reports and drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills, including advanced Excel (V/X-Lookup and Pivot Tables) and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, IBM Cognos, and PowerBI, including creating value-adding dashboards with the Decision Support team.
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English; US GAAP reporting experience is desirable.
