What you will do

• Design, maintain, and own the global Data Quality governance framework, including principles and minimum requirements.
• Define and own Key Controls for data quality, including monitoring, issue remediation, and performance dashboards.
• Establish mechanisms to monitor adoption and adherence to governance standards across global domains.
• Translate governance requirements into standardized work instructions for operational and transformation teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Data Quality in internal and external audits.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure governance requirements are embedded into data delivery and tooling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data governance, data quality management, risk/control frameworks, or regulatory change in banking.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end DQ governance or control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of DQ concepts, including rules, monitoring, issue management, and lifecycle coverage.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Excellent level of English required.
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment across global and local teams.
