Global Data Quality Expert Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and own the global Data Quality governance framework, including principles, minimum requirements, and roles.
• Design and monitor Key Controls for DQ rules, issue remediation, and reporting accuracy (including BCBS239 and EUC standards).
• Establish mechanisms to monitor the adoption and adherence of DQ governance across various domains and countries.
• Integrate DQ governance across data creation, transformation, and usage layers, including reporting and End User Computing environments.
• Partner with platform and technology teams to ensure governance requirements are embedded into delivery tooling.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Data Quality during internal and external audits.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data governance, DQ management, risk/control frameworks, or audit within banking/regulated environments.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end DQ governance or control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of DQ concepts, including monitoring, dashboards, and remediation governance.
• Experience operating in multi-stakeholder environments across global and local teams.
• Ability to produce audit-ready documentation and define functional requirements for DQ tooling.
• Master's degree in a relevant field and English: C1+ required.
