What you will do

• Achieve assigned revenue targets as a quota-carrying OT Security Solution Sales Specialist.
• Lead solutioning, value articulation, and proposal development for complex industrial and critical infrastructure opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery teams to define solutions, pricing, and proposal stages.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions to uncover customer needs and evaluate existing industrial infrastructure.
• Lead customer workshops, proposal defenses, and executive presentations on OT Security.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, threats, and regulatory requirements in OT cybersecurity.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of total experience, with 5+ years in OT/industrial environments and 3–5 years specifically in OT Security or industrial risk.
• Deep expertise in ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and industrial networks across sectors like Energy, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, OPC, PROFINET).
• Practical knowledge of standards including IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, and ISO 27001.
• Engineering degree in computer, electrical, cyber sciences or similar.
• Must be available in the UAE.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, GRID, or CISM.
• Experience working with a system integrator or an OT Cybersecurity vendor.
• Proven track record and market experience within the Middle East / UAE region.
