Location: Hybrid (Dubai office 3 days/week); must be based in Dubai. Travel up to 30% regionally across the Gulf/Middle East and South Africa.

What you will do

• Deliver impactful demonstrations of solutions suite, including Just Perform EPM, tailored to prospect challenges.
• Conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand client pain points and craft relevant, persuasive presentations.
• Partner with sales teams to exceed client expectations and close enterprise deals.
• Engage strategically with senior executives and key stakeholders to articulate tangible value.
• Educate prospects through webinars, on-site presentations, and proof-of-concept trials.
• Represent the company at industry events and share best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Solutions Engineer selling to enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of financial software, specifically financial reporting and EPM solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Comfortable with travel (up to 30% regionally) across the Gulf/Middle East and South Africa.
• Must be eligible to work in the country where the position is located (UAE).

Nice to have

• Working hands-on knowledge in an ERP such as Oracle or SAP.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Arabic language skills.
