What you will do

• Ensure HR processes align with local labor laws and global standards to maintain compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and coordination with global mobility for visas.
• Administer employee benefits in China, including health insurance, wellness programs, and statutory filings.
• Generate operational reports using JIRA and People Analytics to track trends and visibility.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, and HR Tech to refine HR systems and maintain data privacy.
• Develop and communicate HR policies and SOPs across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations or as an HR Generalist.
• Native-level Mandarin and professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience working in a fast-paced multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting.
• Based in or able to work from Shanghai on a hybrid basis.

• Hands-on experience with Workday.
• Familiarity with local employment practices and labor regulations.
• Experience leveraging automation or AI tools for process improvement.
