Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 USD Annually

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex contracts with customers and vendors.
• Manage various legal functions, including privacy, intellectual property, and employment law.
• Define and implement the company’s legal strategy to ensure organizational success.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for legal and manage external law firms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and HR to maintain legal compliance.
• Optimize operational efficiency in negotiating and managing contracts.

Requirements

• J.D. with bar admission in good standing from any state across the U.S.
• 5+ years of total legal experience, including at least 3+ years in-house.
• Experience managing the legal function for a growth-stage company.
• Significant experience negotiating B2B SaaS or technology agreements.
• Expertise in corporate governance, commercial law, and data privacy.
• Proven analytical, communication, and contract drafting skills.
