Salary: $213,000 – $288,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a high-functioning commercial legal team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts and technology agreements.
• Provide training and develop resources for sales and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to ensure efficient agreement execution.
• Handle complex transactional work and support the scaling of legal operations.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction, with ability to practice in California or New York.
• 7+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience.
• Experience managing a commercial team supporting technology deals and high-volume SaaS sales.
• Strong background in transactional law, including IP licensing and commercial agreements.
• Ability to function independently and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
