What you will do

• Lead the framing of customized Cloud transactions and negotiation strategies in collaboration with sales, finance, and senior management.
• Act as the lead negotiator with client procurement, legal, and business executives to maximize value.
• Draft and review cloud, software license, and service agreements using concise "plain English".
• Partner with internal functions to architect enterprise-level deals that drive growth and long-term relationships.
• Set deal strategy and make timely decisions balancing velocity, risk, and value.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Waltham, Massachusetts (Hybrid).
• 10+ years of experience drafting and negotiating large enterprise Cloud and technology agreements.
• Strong understanding of Cloud and AI technologies.
• JD degree and/or MBA preferred.
• Experience in deal structuring, pricing, and revenue recognition analysis.
• Proven ability to interact with senior management on strategic decisions.
