Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week)

Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 USD

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts and technology agreements.
• Provide regulatory and product counsel to engineering, product, and security teams.
• Develop legal resources and training materials for sales and go-to-market teams.
• Collaborate on broader legal initiatives including IP law and product counseling.
• Act as a founding member of the legal team in the new Dallas office.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction, with ability to practice in Texas.
• 3+ years of law firm or in-house experience.
• Strong background in SaaS, technology, IP licensing, or M&A transactions.
• Ability to function independently and proactively in a fast-paced startup environment.
