What you will do

• Negotiate and draft complex commercial, technology, and AI-related agreements.
• Advise on public sector go-to-market strategies, including federal, state, local, and education (SLED) transactions.
• Manage risk allocation and provide business-focused guidance for strategic high-value deals.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and training materials for Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement frameworks such as FAR, DFARS, and GSA Schedule requirements.
• Partner with Security and Compliance teams to address FedRAMP-related contractual obligations and data sovereignty commitments.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership.
• Experience in a major law firm or in-house legal department focusing on commercial and technology transactions.
• Working knowledge of federal government procurement frameworks (FAR/DFARS) and GSA Schedule mechanics.
• Experience advising on FedRAMP-related contractual obligations and SLED procurement rules.
• Ability to independently manage high-volume, strategic matters in a remote, globally distributed environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leadership and deliver effective training.
