What you will do

• Develop, deliver, and promote Global & Regional Development Programs.
• Facilitate Key Leadership Development Programs and support their regional deployment.
• Consult and coach high-potential talents and leaders on individual career activities and development.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment on leadership development topics.
• Monitor and analyze Regional Development KPIs to derive and implement corrective measures.
• Create comprehensive reports on regional development programs for Top Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Talent Development, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience in designing and implementing strategic Talent Development concepts.
• Proven ability to facilitate Leadership Development material and programs.
• Solid experience steering international talent development projects, processes, and standards.
• Fluent English skills
