What you will do

• Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead initiatives in talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Drive recruiting and workforce planning activities to support operational growth.
• Monitor HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Previous management or team leadership experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).

Nice to have

• PHR certification or equivalent.
