What you will do

• Coordinate the administrative and operational execution of art campaigns across outdoor advertising platforms.
• Manage campaign schedules, timelines, and internal tracking using Ayuda, Quip, and Salesforce.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for artists, curators, museums, and nonprofits.
• Handle the completion of agreements, W-9s, invoices, and payment documentation.
• Create presentation materials, mockups, and visual assets using Canva.
• Represent the Arts Team at public meetings, community events, and partner functions.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with external partners and stakeholders in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
• Familiarity with CRM or project management systems such as Salesforce or Quip.
• Must be located in New York, NY to support local events and public representation.
