TL;DR

Location: Fort Worth, Texas. U.S. Citizenship required.

Salary: $22 - $27 per hour

What you will do

  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files and ensure strict compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
  • Perform data entry and updates within the HRIS to ensure high data integrity across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including documentation, system access, and first-day readiness.
  • Schedule HR-related meetings and provide administrative support to the People Operations team.
  • Track open HR tasks and support various internal people operations initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with Texas and California employment law and HR compliance.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Nice to have

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with BambooHR, Paychex, or similar HR platforms.
  • PHR, aPHR, or SHRM-CP certification.
