TL;DR

What you will do

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Develop and test ad creatives and audience targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and apply optimizations to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Texas with ability to attend meetings in Austin.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising (PPC/SEM).
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing SaaS products or B2B offerings.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience collaborating with designers and copywriters on ad creative development.
