What you will do

  • Define and execute strategic growth initiatives for assigned enterprise accounts to drive revenue.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, pricing trends, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key vendors and customers, providing training and sales tools.
  • Generate and convert new sales leads into business opportunities through persuasive proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, technical, and product teams to create tailored client strategies.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and sales data to adjust strategies and meet company goals.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT technology field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other business productivity tools.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT technologies and project-based selling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
