Salary: $247,000 - $320,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and track requirements for OneTech products supporting hirify.global Driver and corporate systems.
• Build and drive strategic roadmaps for vehicle and corporate security products.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and safety teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through regular reviews.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to drive OKRs and resolve issues across departments.
• Prepare technical documentation and reporting for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automotive IT, security, or vehicle systems engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a product management role.
• Deep understanding of ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 26262, and automotive safety lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of vehicle architecture, embedded systems, and communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet).
• Expertise in threat modeling, penetration testing, and security assessments.
• Must be based in Mountain View, CA for a hybrid work schedule.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of EDR, secure boot, secure communications, and OTA updates.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM) or safety certifications (ISO 26262).
