Salary: $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus)

What you will do

• Establish and maintain the product metrics source of truth, including customer health, engineering delivery (DORA), and product engagement.
• Manage the full delivery cadence, including roadmap intake, Jira administration, milestone tracking, and OKR planning for a team of ~120.
• Extend and scale AI/agentic workflows using Claude to automate reporting, customer research, and feedback-to-roadmap matching.
• Run key alignment forums such as Product Court (GTM triage) and Bar Raisers (work-quality review).
• Partner on pricing and packaging strategies and manage the product vendor stack (Pendo, Sigma, Span, FullStory).

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Operations, PMO, or product leadership within a fast-paced B2B SaaS organization.
• Must be based in New York City.
• Fluency in Claude and other AI tools is mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in the modern product stack: Jira, Pendo, Snowflake, and Sigma/BI tools.
• Proven experience running delivery cadence across multi-PM and multi-squad organizations.
