What you will do

• Define and lead the roadmap for the core perception stack running on millions of vehicles worldwide.
• Develop AI/ML models to understand driver behavior and crash risks to implement effective interventions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to launch new safety products for a business with $1B+ ARR.
• Build deep relationships with customers in physical operations to inform the product roadmap.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate product development, research, and decision-making.
• Embed and champion company cultural principles while scaling globally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management or product-oriented engineering roles.
• Proven track record of delivering both 0-to-1 and at-scale products.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for state-of-the-art AI/ML and Computer Vision.
• Strong technical background with the ability to establish credibility with engineers.
• Must be residing in Canada.
• Experience balancing complex business goals across multiple engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Deep experience creating and growing products leveraging video data.
• Facility with development and deployment of AI/ML models, including training and evaluation pipelines.
• Understanding of foundation models, model quantization, and distillation.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or vertically integrated hardware+software stacks.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS products and working with B2B sales teams.
