What you will do

• Partner with executives and senior leadership to define programs that enable the company to hit its highest priority objectives.
• Connect program execution to company strategy, identifying gaps, misalignment, and opportunities to streamline.
• Transform ambiguous, high-stakes problems into clear structures, roles, and decision-making frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making by managing stakeholders and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Proactively identify program risks and implement course-corrections to maintain momentum.
• Establish and improve program management practices, frameworks, and ways of working across the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management leading large, complex, cross-functional programs in AI/SaaS B2B environments.
• Proven experience influencing and engaging directly with senior-level leadership and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile, high-visibility programs simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Strategic mindset capable of linking execution to mission, product, and financial plans.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment among senior viewpoints.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to adhere to the hybrid work policy.
