What you will do

• Launch and operate cross-functional project teams to produce high-quality AI data for model training.
• Serve as the primary communication interface between project teams and the research, science, and model training organizations.
• Define and enforce data delivery standards, QA gates, and handoff protocols to ensure consistent inputs.
• Drive accountability and build consensus across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Implement best practices for rapid experimentation and iteration of new data initiatives.
• Develop executive-quality documentation and reporting to track program status and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience in the technology or life sciences field.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs under tight delivery timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for producing executive-level documentation.
• Must be based in Cambridge, MA or San Francisco, CA, USA

Nice to have

• Direct experience in AI/ML research or product organizations.
• Working familiarity with model training data pipelines, dataset curation, or ML evaluation workflows.
• Experience managing programs that produce standardized outputs for downstream technical consumers.
