Salary: $179,000 — $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives for Payments engineering.
• Shape and influence the technical direction of projects to maintain high-quality standards.
• Define success criteria and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
• Present outcomes and trade-offs to senior leadership, ensuring transparency on progress and challenges.
• Develop a portfolio view of Payments programs, providing visibility into KPIs and execution status.
• Drive process improvements and simplification to increase team productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the software development industry.
• 5+ years of experience as a TPM or in a relevant technical program management role.
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving complex initiatives to completion.
• Proficiency with task management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Must live in a US state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or working on large-scale ML/AI platforms.
• Experience with feature development of AI-powered product experiences.
• Passion for building and maintaining products leveraging AI models.
