What you will do

• Drive large-scale, high-visibility cross-functional programs collaborating with Product, Engineering, Experience, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Translate business goals into tactical and strategic execution strategies, owning technical project planning from conception through delivery.
• Organize complex, ambiguous problems into prioritized milestones, deliverables, and success criteria to drive accountability.
• Establish governance frameworks and lead executive-level meetings to provide transparency on goals, risks, and results.
• Implement AI-native ways of working, leveraging AI to synthesize intelligence, surface risk signals, and increase team throughput.
• Develop and implement scalable processes and templates to ensure consistent program delivery across the APEX portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on program management experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, workflow automation, or AI-enabled insights.
• Proven ability to guide high-visibility initiatives with a clear ownership of outcomes and a bias for action.
• Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to create and present executive-facing materials.
• Must be based in North America (USA or Canada).
• Background in enterprise software or SaaS is highly desirable.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles.
