What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions for partner tools, including sprint planning and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate between the AI Squad, Solutions team, commercial field operations, and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify workflows and pain points to inform product planning.
• Drive AI initiatives from pilot to scaled global rollout, managing change and adoption tracking.
• Maintain roadmap visibility and translate technical progress and trade-offs into executive updates.
• Define and track success metrics to measure the business impact and adoption of AI features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in program or technical project management in enterprise or B2B environments.
• Strong delivery management skills, including managing dependencies and holding teams accountable.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions, such as LLMs, intelligent automation, or agentic workflows.
• Proven track record of collaborating with commercial field teams to create structured delivery plans.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
