Location: Must be based in Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote). Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $119,800 – $234,700 per year (base pay range for the U.S.).

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end tenant onboarding programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Transform ambiguous problem statements into structured plans with clear milestones and success criteria.
• Manage stakeholders across product engineering, business groups, security, and IT leadership.
• Reconcile conflicting requirements to maintain delivery momentum in high-stakes scenarios.
• Run program rhythms including status reviews, risk management, and executive readouts.
• Communicate technical and business trade-offs clearly to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Must be able to work from the Redmond campus 3 days per week.
• Technical fluency to understand engineering trade-offs, dependencies, and risks in cloud or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programs to completion.
• Experience managing stakeholders across engineering, business, and operational audiences.

• Experience with hirify.global 365, multitenant SaaS, or large enterprise IT programs.
• Background partnering with security engineering, compliance, or operations teams.
• Experience with tenant lifecycle, configuration, or onboarding at scale.
