What you will do

• Lead and track complex, cross-company technical alliance programs across product, engineering, support, finance, legal, marketing, and sales.
• Collaborate with Alliance Managers and partners to identify GTM opportunities and develop scalable joint solutions.
• Manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance models across internal and external teams.
• Provide executive-level status updates and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Optimize productivity by leveraging AI-driven tools and automation across workflows.
• Evolve program management processes, templates, and best practices based on retrospectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a professional office environment with executive stakeholders and partner ecosystems.
• Experience in the technology industry (end-user computing preferred).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the USA; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools like M365 Copilot.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and SFDC.
• Prior experience in Consulting or Program Manager roles.
