What you will do

• Own post-sale customer success and serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Drive account renewals and identify opportunities to expand hirify.global's footprint within customer organizations.
• Build tooling, automation, and playbooks to scale support capabilities without linear headcount growth.
• Modify production code to fix bugs and build features that extend platform capabilities.
• Run training sessions and create documentation to make customers self-sufficient.

Requirements

• Startup experience in a technical or customer-facing role.
• Strong technical foundation to troubleshoot production code, analyze API requests, and inspect database state.
• Ability to write code and automation to create scalable systems rather than one-off fixes.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• High agency and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Experience writing production code or building internal tooling.
• Track record of owning renewals or commercial relationships.
• Familiarity with IT, security, service management, or workflow automation.
