TL;DR

SMB Customer Success Manager (AI/SaaS): Managing a portfolio of 150+ SMB accounts to maximize hirify.global' value and ensure successful renewals with an accent on scaled customer success and data-driven adoption. Focus on onboarding new clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and developing scalable retention strategies.

Location: Must be based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone

Compensation: $110K – $123K + Equity & Commission

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM, focusing on automating sales busywork to help sellers close more deals.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 150 SMB accounts, maximizing product impact and business value.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure seamless integration of hirify.global into their sales processes.
  • Analyze usage metrics to proactively identify value-add features and lead upsell conversations.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans to address areas of concern.
  • Provide technical support and serve as the voice of the customer by providing product feedback.
  • Help develop a scaled approach for customer success and retention.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR experience.
  • 1+ years of customer onboarding and support experience with B2B SaaS tools.
  • Critical sales domain expertise and experience working with Sales/SDR stakeholders.
  • Experience managing 100+ accounts with a successful renewals track record.
  • Hands-on experience with SEPs such as Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot.
  • Must be located in the EST timezone.

  • Experience working in a rapidly-changing, early-stage startup environment.
  • Comfort with data analytics to identify customer challenges.
