What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential and commercial prospects to generate leads.
- Qualify leads for intrusion alarm systems, CCTV solutions, and residential security financing.
- Handle professional objections and book qualified sales appointments into the business owner's calendar.
- Coordinate live transfers to senior sales teams and maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM systems.
- Communicate technical product benefits of security sensors and systems in a customer-friendly manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
- Strong background in SDR, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles.
- Availability to work US Central Time (Dallas CST) business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am-6pm).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong, professional phone presence.
- Resilience and the ability to handle objections confidently under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or other tech-based industries.
- Familiarity with security systems, alarms, CCTV, and sensors.
- Experience working with blueprints, estimates, or technical sales environments.
- Proficiency with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Prior experience handling both B2C and B2B cold outreach campaigns.
