What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential and commercial prospects to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads for intrusion alarm systems, CCTV solutions, and residential security financing.
  • Handle professional objections and book qualified sales appointments into the business owner's calendar.
  • Coordinate live transfers to senior sales teams and maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM systems.
  • Communicate technical product benefits of security sensors and systems in a customer-friendly manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Strong background in SDR, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles.
  • Availability to work US Central Time (Dallas CST) business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am-6pm).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong, professional phone presence.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections confidently under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, IT, or other tech-based industries.
  • Familiarity with security systems, alarms, CCTV, and sensors.
  • Experience working with blueprints, estimates, or technical sales environments.
  • Proficiency with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Prior experience handling both B2C and B2B cold outreach campaigns.
