Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Lead independent, end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, including workplans, timelines, and executive-ready deliverables.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and synthesize analytical insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and present executive-ready storylines and slide decks to business partners and C-level leaders.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to track impact and ensure sustainable solution adoption.
• Collaborate across Insights, Marketing, and Operations functions to drive growth and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from the Los Angeles, CA office (Hybrid schedule).
• 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, CPG, or finance.
• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time to operating locations.
