What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of fixed-scope AI strategy engagements from kickoff to final delivery.
• Conduct structured discovery engagements including stakeholder interviews and AI readiness evaluations.
• Develop comprehensive AI roadmaps prioritizing use cases by feasibility, ROI, and strategic alignment.
• Produce polished, insight-driven deliverables and executive presentations for C-suite audiences.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to transition strategy projects into long-term retainers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the firm's strategy methodology and delivery templates.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, AI strategy, or client-facing advisory roles.
• Deep, self-directed expertise in AI, LLMs, and automation.
• Proven track record of independently owning and delivering complex client projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp.
• Must be based in the USA.
