Salary: $112,710 - $169,060

What you will do

• Partner with dealers to drive deployment of Rental & Used digital tools to increase registered users and sales.
• Collaborate with digital teams and data owners to define business requirements and integration points.
• Conduct digital assessments of dealer organizations and provide action plans to improve customer experiences.
• Develop and operationalize training resources to ensure consistency across the dealer network.
• Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) to support the digital product roadmap.
• Monitor competitive landscapes to define future capability and enhancement requests.

Requirements

• Must be based in or relocate to Dallas, TX; Peoria, IL; or Cary, NC
• Knowledge of effectiveness measurement techniques to improve work quality and quantity.
• Proven ability in relationship management with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Experience in software product training and technology implementation.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT offered

• Experience in the rental or used equipment industry.
• Background in digital, technical, or product marketing.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Spanish.
• Strong analytics and KPI acumen to derive actionable insights from data.
